Customer Service is extremely important to Elesar Exotics and I will do my utmost to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product, you are welcome to return it for your purchase price minus all shipping charges. Please remember that each item on the website is one-of-a-kind therefore the quantity ordered can never be more than one even though the shopping cart has the capability of increasing the quantity.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt as long as item is in new condition. Please click here to e-mail me for return/exchange instructions. Please note that returns cannot be acepted without an email. Shipping the item back will be the buyer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or an error was made in filling your order. It is recommended that you insure the item being returned as Elesar Exotics will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipment.One-of-a-kind Items:
All jewelry (necklaces and bracelets) is uniquely designed and only one-of-a-kind. However, if you see a "must have" item that is marked "sold" please email me and I can possibly design an item similar to the item you want.Custom Jewelry:

To buy any item all you have to do is click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you want to purchase. When you are finished, simply click on "Secure Checkout" to confirm and complete your order. Once you click on "Secure Checkout" you will be directed to PayPal's secure server and you can complete your purchase quickly and safely.Payments:
All payments can be made with PayPal using any credit or debit card or your bank account. It is fast, free for buyers and secure. Unfortunately I cannot yet take any credit cards directly. If you do not want to use PayPal you can send a money order however you must contact me first and I will hold the item for 7 days only. If payment is not received, the item will revert back for sale. If payment is received after 7 days and the item has not sold, then your purchase will stand.Guarantee:
All hand-designed jewelry (not including Made in Africa designs) is guaranteed for one year against breakage under normal wear conditions. Return it with the receipt and I will fix it for free. Again, it is recommended that you insure the item being returned as Elesar Exotics will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipment.Shipping for Jewelry:
All jewelry is shipped using first class USPS mail. Shipping and handling is a flat charge of $3.50 which includes delivery confirmation. For each additional item there is an additional charge of just $0.50. The maximum shipping charge is $5.50 for 5 items or more. All shipping charges will be displayed on the paypal site after checkout.Shipping for African art:
All African items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Home delivery (heavier items). Shipping charges are listed under the price of each item and are calculated using the weight of the item. Due to the fragility and uniqueness of the items, all shipping charges include insurance and delivery confirmation. All shipping charges will be displayed on the paypal site after checkout.Purchase of multiple items:
If you are buying multiple items, it may be possible for you to receive a discount on shipping. BEFORE CHECKING OUT, e-mail me and I will calculate the discounted amount, if applicable, and adjust the shipping charge.Sales Tax:
