Carved Beaded Mask from Ghana

Hundreds of tiny glass beads in an interesting and beautiful pattern decorate this hand carved wooden mask. Cowrie shells frame the outside of the mask and brass plates accent the eyes. This mask is carved in Ghana from a soft wood and stained black.
